Service Description

Fortnightly, 45 - 60-minute sessions + on-call support + leadership profiling, following a structured IBAR Framework Book initial session time for strategy/ discovery session. From this session we will create a regular cadence of contact, setting performance expectations, delivering learning materials and leadership profiling for sustained success.
